“Xiang Xiang Noodle” was established in San Francisco Bay Area on 2015. On the first three years, we mainly focused on traditional Northern China noodles in fine-dining model. On the fourth year, “Xiang Xiang Noodle” was opened in New York Manhattan and Flushing. This is a big movement and achievement for us. After step in New York, “Xiang Xiang Noodle” redefine China Shanxi Daoxiao Noodles as internationalization, healthy, fashionable and operate it as fast-food model. Our goal is developing our brand to franchise model and bringing Shanxi Daoxiao Noodles to the world.
